We use this information to fulfill equipment orders, confirm cash-on-delivery deliveries, issue invoices, answer Inquiry Desk tickets, send restock notices you subscribed to, and meet tax and audit duties. Order history is retained so your facility can reorder the same SKU without re-entering dock details.
Sharing
We share data with shipping partners, payment processors you enable, and regulators when the law requires it. Warehouse staff see only what they need to pick and pack. We do not rent or sell your records to unrelated advertisers.
Retention and rights
