These Terms of Service & Clinical Equipment Procurement Conditions govern purchases from SStrade Mart. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to buy lab and medical equipment for your facility.
Catalog and specifications
Product pages describe intended clinical use, listed specifications, and stock at the time of viewing. We may substitute an equivalent lot when the manufacturer revises a SKU, and we will note material changes on the packing slip. Images are representative; actual housings follow the current manufacturer revision.
Orders, payment, and delivery
Orders are accepted when stock is reserved at checkout or by the phone desk. Cash on delivery, mobile banking, and card methods follow the payment options enabled in store settings. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Inspect cartons at the dock and report transit damage within five business days.
Returns and warranty
Unopened, resalable equipment may be returned according to the published return window. Opened sterile or consumable packs are not returnable unless the lot is defective. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on the device; SStrade Mart will help open a claim with the maker when you provide the serial or lot sticker.
Limitation of liability
SStrade Mart supplies equipment; clinical decisions remain with licensed practitioners. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from device selection, delayed freight outside our control, or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
